What do you do in your sessions with clients?

I start by talking with you about what your therapy goals are and will work with you to develop a treatment plan. We will discuss daily challenges, relationships, and trace the web of meaning that defines your life. As a skills-based mindfulness practictioner I will teach and then support you with effective skills that are proven to aid people who have dealt with the issues you are dealing with.

But at the end of the day your session is exactly that, your session. I can offer structure if its helpful but it is your space to talk about what concerns you.
